Starting/stopping a charging session

Below, we explain how to use your charge card. The charge card contains an RFID chip that communicates with the RFID reader at the charging station.

MobilityPlus charging points are compatible with most charge card providers in Belgium.

Starting a charging session

1. First, plug the charging cable into your vehicle and the charging station
2. Hold your charge card in front of the station’s RFID reader 
3. The charging session will start automatically after a few seconds. art automatisch na enkele seconden 

Stopping a charging session

To stop the charging session, you have two options:

1. Hold your charge card again in front of the RFID reader. The session will stop, and after a few seconds, you can remove the cable from the station.
2. Unlock your vehicle and remove the charging cable. The station will automatically stop the session, and after a few seconds, you can remove the cable.
