Good Charging Habits

With a few simple habits, you can make charging more pleasant for yourself and for other EV drivers. This helps keep charging infrastructure available and accessible for everyone.

1. Respect shared charging infrastructure

Use charging stations with consideration for other drivers. Is your vehicle fully charged? Move it so someone else can use the charging point.

2. Keep charging cables tidy

Place the charging cable neatly and make sure you don’t block other charging stations. This makes it easier for everyone to plug in.

3. Communicate politely

Do you notice a vehicle that has been fully charged for a while but is still connected? Feel free to politely ask the driver to move their vehicle.

4. Report issues immediately

Is a charging station not working properly? Please report it to MobilityPlus as soon as possible at +32 (0)9 312 30 02 so we can resolve the issue quickly.

5. Leave the charging area clean

Do not leave any waste behind and keep the charging area tidy. This helps keep charging pleasant for everyone.
