Mennekes

Mennekes is a manufacturer of charging connections for electric cars. Its Type 2 standards draft was chosen as the universal standard for the whole of Europe. This Mennekes standards draft is a comprehensive concept that includes both the infrastructure (charging side) and the car side.

Mennekes has developed the components – such as electric vehicle sockets, communication and locking modules – as well as all the connection cables, and also constructs public charge points. In addition, Mennekes is introducing an all-new series of wall chargers for private and semi-public applications.
